Reading with Pastor Doug – 2026 Book Group
Union Park Presbyterian Church is hosting a series of book discussions based on the novels used in Pastor Doug’s book All Swirling and Weaving. Reading together in community is a great way to grow, to learn, to laugh, to be challenged and to renew hope for our own lives and for our communities. We invite any individuals and book groups to join us. If your church already has a book group, we would love for you to join with us this year. At each gathering, Pastor Doug will give a short reflection on the novel and then we will have small group time for discussion and conversation.
Gatherings will roughly occur every six weeks, allowing time to read each book. Our first discussion will be on the short story, Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan on January 26 at 6:30 pm.
