As an evangelism tool and to get our name out into the community, Oskalooa FPC is hosting a free bottled water booth at the Oskaloosa Summer City Band Concert Series. Volunteers from the church and myself hand out bottled water and visit to concert goers. The Oskaloosa City Band has been hosting concerts for over 150 years. This program allows folks in the community to put a face to the name and our church members to see the importance of community outreach as they share a cool drink of water and God’s love.

The concerts are held at the city bandstand in Oskaloosa, IA, on Thursday nights through Labor Day.
